Payment & Delivery

Within our Payment & Delivery page you will find all information you need. We accept all common payment methods and send to the moon if you wish. Of course in neutral packaging and discreet sender. As soon as we have sent your order, you will receive a tracking number from us by e-mail.

With an order over 360€ value of goods, we will send your delivery free of charge.

Special instructions for shipping to foreign countries:
For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply which are not included in the total price shown.

We have two shipping methods to choose from. You can choose the standard service and receive the items with your local postal service. We also offer you DHL’s more efficient Express Service. You will still have to be patient until we have manufactured your orders, but you will get your goods delivered the next day after they are shipped. Benefit from the flexible delivery options of on-demand delivery.

Delivery to packing stations can only be ordered with DHLexpress!

For the standard Economy Service we will send your new favourite items by the Estonian Post. Once the deliveries have arrived in your country, you can track them with the local postal service. All prices listed below are excl. VAT

Discretion is very important to us. Therefore the name Superliquid appears on your credit card statement.

• Stripe (credit card, direct debit, bank transfer) If you select this payment method, the next step is to forward the payment to Stripe. Once the required data has been entered there, it automatically returns to this shop to complete the order. 

• PayPal (credit card, direct debit, bank transfer) If you select this payment method, the next step is to forward the payment to PayPal. Once the required data has been entered there, it automatically returns to this shop to complete the order.
